AI for your business — three clear ways to work together.
Fixed prices. Clear deliverables. No open-ended consulting. Pick the package that fits where you are, and we'll get started.
Which package is right for you?
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call so we can check the fit and agree on the highest-value opportunity before any paid work begins.
Specialist productised offer
Always On Front Desk — for tradies and real estate agents
A different shape of engagement. Fixed price AUD $5,000 to install an AI-powered first responder on your existing phone number and website, so the leads you currently miss — after hours, while you're on a job, while you're at an open home — get caught and summarised straight to your mobile within seconds.
Your competitor calls back in 47 hours. Yours can call back in 90 seconds.
- One week setup, 30 days of fine-tuning support included.
- Lives on your existing business number via call forwarding — no number change.
- Hard rule: the AI never quotes prices and never makes commitments on your behalf.
- Live demos for plumber, electrician, builder, and real estate — try before you buy.

Talk to the AI as if you were a customer. Voice or text. About 60–90 seconds.
Prefer to talk?
Ask our AI assistant about any of the packages.
Click the voice button on the bottom-right of the page. It can answer questions about the Review, Sprint, or Retainer — or take your details so Graham can call you back within 24 hours. It is an AI assistant, not Graham, and the call is logged so he can follow up properly.
Common questions
What is an AI Readiness Review?
An AI Readiness Review is a structured, one-week look at your business where we identify the five workflows or processes where AI will deliver the biggest, fastest return. You receive a written report ranking each opportunity by estimated payback, effort, and risk — plus a recommended next step for each one. It is designed for owners and leaders who know AI matters but don't yet know where to start.
How is this different from a generic AI consultant?
Most AI consultants sell hours or slide decks. We sell fixed-price packages with clear deliverables. We also bring 20+ years of finance and operations experience running businesses turning over up to $60 million — so the recommendations are grounded in how businesses actually work, not just what's technically possible.
What size business do you work with?
Our sweet spot is Australian small-to-mid businesses turning over between $1 million and $50 million — established enough to have real workflows worth automating, small enough that we deal directly with the owner or senior leader. We also work with larger organisations on specific departmental projects.
Do you work on-site or remote?
Mostly remote, with optional on-site days for discovery calls and team training. We are based in Perth, Western Australia, and work with businesses right across Australia.
What happens after the Review?
You own the report and can act on it however you choose — in-house, with another consultant, or with us. There is no obligation to engage further. If you do want to move forward on one of the top opportunities, an Implementation Sprint is the natural next step.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Everything shared during an engagement is confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA before the discovery call if preferred.
Do you offer AI consulting for businesses that use Procore?
Yes. Graham implemented Procore at Halo Civil Engineering — covering safety KPIs, inspections, and timesheets — so engagements with Procore users start from someone who has actually run the platform, not just read about it. Common AI opportunities for Procore users include automating data entry, extracting information from drawings and RFIs, and pulling reporting out of the data already sitting in Procore.
Can AI help with construction finance in MYOB or Xero?
Yes — this is core ground for us. Graham has run finance across multiple civil entities turning over up to AUD $60 million and migrated construction businesses from MYOB to Xero with ApprovalMax. AI and automation can take on accounts-payable processing, progress-claim preparation, and reconciling project costs back to the ledger, while respecting job costing and head-contract payment schedules.
Do you work with civil contractors and mining-services businesses in Western Australia?
Yes. We are based in Perth, and our sweet spot is Western Australian civil engineering, earthworks, and mining-services SMEs. Graham spent 20+ years in finance and systems roles across these sectors before moving full-time into AI consulting, so the recommendations are grounded in how WA contractors actually operate.
What we've built for others
Real projects, real results. Every one of these started with a business problem, not a technology wish-list.
